As a very young child, I remember my grandmother telling me to smile often as I was prettier with a smile on my face. Of course, I have two (or three) dimples to show off whenever I smiled. Here is a simple smiling exercise. Everytime you face yourself through a mirror – SMILE! Since you always use a mirror every morning as you fix your hair, smile at yourself and see how pretty or handsome you look, You will also feel exhilarated and be very much at peace as you greet yourself with a smile. You will feel happy that someone smiled back at you… And that was YOU SMILING. Practice this daily and you will be energized and uplifted. Soon, smiling will be a natural part of you… A POSITIVE YOU!
