So how are you doing with your Magic 10 list? Easy? Difficult? Maybe your list is longer or you are struggling to name 10 qualities you have. Sometimes, our brain has been programmed too much with such negativity that it becomes a huge struggle to look forward and beyond the clouded vision blocking our path to POSITIVITY THINKING!

Here are some tips.

1.) Write down what you say for the next one hour.

2.) Write down what you are thinking for the next hour.

3.)  Read out loud what you wrote in steps 1 and 2.

4.) Were these words and thoughts positive or negative?

5.) For those negative words and thoughts, REWRITE them as POSITIVE thoughts.

6.) Read the new positive sentences out loud.

7.) Listen carefully to the difference in the new change. How did you feel? Uplifted?

8.) Practice being aware of how you talk and phrase your thoughts. With more awareness, you will soon see a change to being a more positive thinker! Soon you will project POSITIVE THINKING and feel the POWER from doing so!

Today, I was having fun doing body surfing at the beach with my boogie board. I felt like a kid enjoying the ride as I caught the waves. There was no undertow so I was able to move further out to meet the larger waves. I noticed how waves moved as they approached the shore. The waves rose to a peak then dropped down rapidly, creating speed. If there was an undertow, this same wave would return back to sea in the opposite direction, pulling back from under. Going back to math, a wave pattern can be a positive sine wave (peaking power) or a negative sine wave (undertow). Make sure you ride the peak and feel the exhilarating power of the surge!

Feel the surge of the oncoming wave

Ride the peak and glide on faster

Like a child, enjoy and be brave

Challenge yourself to the water’s power!
